  The staff are extremely rude, don't have common customer service skills, the supervisor and manager don't give a good example neither. I have been calling for the last hour trying to get information about their location and reserve a birthday party. I got left on hold by a girl named "Natalia or something" she didn't speak clear on the phone, for over 18 minutes, I called back and she started taking rudely about me to another staff member, and hung up. I called back they hung up on me. Now I am back on hold for another chucky cheese. It's pathetic how the staff treat people. It's an abusive situation when they know parents will put up with their disrespect because their kid wants a birthday party there. I finally reached someone in the reservation depaetment who transfers me to the customer relation department WHICH IS CLOSED! A business that operates in such an abusive manner should be fined.
